SP2 The 3D system model of bevel gear had wrong position when saved with H, J, V misalignment
The 3D system model of bevel gear had wrong position when saved with H, J, V misalignment.
This is fixed.

SP2 Helix angle modification is not correct in 3D model of bevel gear
When applying helix angle modification in the 3D model of bevel gear, we have to increase tooth thickness with factor XS to compensate tooth thickness reduction by the increased face width.
But the factor wass restored to the original value during tooth form calculation.
This is fixed.

KISSsoft - Bearing calculation

SP2 SKF calculation: Bearings which give an error message during calculation
Bearings which give an error message (SKF calculation) during calculation - gives wrong results. If the calculation isn't running through we set the results in the result overview to '-'.
Example: Shafts 7 (truck transmissions).W10

SP2 Pressure angle of FAG thrust angular contact ball bearings
The pressure angle of FAG thrust angular contact ball bearings was 0° instead of 60° in the KISSsoft database.

SP2 Fix potential crash in kWebApi when logging is enabled

COM-Interface provides now access to sliding velocity, normalized sliding velocity, specific sliding and sliding factor.

SP2 COM interface had problems to return large amount of data via GetVar
COM interface had problems returning large amount of results via GetVar. This was an issue in case of getting raw 3D root stress data over COM interface.

SP2 Calculating contact analysis step wise via COM was crashing
The calculation of contact analysis via the CalculateCAStep method of the COM-Interface was crashing in case of unequal facewidth of the involved gears. This is fixed.

KISSsoft - Gear calculation

SP2 Improvement: Double Planet Stage: Position of Planet-2
In the Sub-Window of the 4-gear stage, where double planet stage can be activated, an additional input is available: Now the position of Planet2, if on the right or on the left side of Planet1, can be defined. This affects the 2D and the 3D display.

SP2 Lifetime reset to the previous value
If you do a statical strength calculation, the lifetime is set to 0. If you now select a different calculation method, the lifetime is set to the previous set lifetime. This only applies for crossed helical gears.

SP2 Additional text displayed in the beveloid gear tool graphics
If the tool is not available, now an additional text is shown in the tool's graphics.

SP2 Active tip and root diameters in the meshing graphics
The setting for the form diameter calculation (module specific settings) is now considered when calculating/displaying the active tip and root diameters in the meshing graphics (no load condition).

SP2 Bevel Gears according AGMA2003, change to static calculation eliminated
In Bevel Gears according AGMA2003, an automatic change to static calculation happens, if load cycles were lower than 1000 cycles.
This is not wrong but may be confusing, and in AGMA2001 for cylindrical gears we do not do it.
This is now eliminated.

SP2 Improvement: Worm Gear according EDIN3996
Worm Gear according EDIN3996 is available, and last printing errors in the document were discussed, corrected and added in KISSsoft.

SP2 Problem in 'Generate cylindrical gear with the read-in pinion type cutter'

SP2 Worm gear, Start under load modified
The calculation of the torque to start under load is not part of the standard, but based on a note in the Niemann book.
The indication in Niemann applies for driving worm. We extrapolated the driving gear case until now, but this is not really approved in practice.
We eliminated now this case and indicate that most probably the set is self-blocking.

SP2 Damage accumulation curve for plastic gears
Damage accumulation curve is not shown any more for plastic materials in the SN graphics.

SP2 Final machining tool calculation - messages
Some messages were suppressed in the final machining tool calculation. The messages are suppressed only in case where there is no premanufacturing and no profile modifications defined.

SP2 Problem with tooth stiffness calculation in case of force close to root fillet and high pressure angle
In case of gears with high pressure angle and load close to the root fillet, the bending lever of the Weber/Banaschek based contact analysis is negative. In such a case the stiffness calculation was wrong because only hertzian, normal and shearing deflection should be considered. This is fixed.

SP2 Measurement data for worms
Radial single-ball measurement MrK (min and max value) for worms was not calculated. Additionally, measurement data  (except MdK and MdR) for worms was not correct in case if the worm had more than 3 teeth. This is now fixed.

In some cases it is necessary to add a moment of inertia property in a dynamic analysis of a shaft, without defining any mass (e.g. for torsional vibration studies). Up to now zero mass elements were ignored in the dynamic analysis. This is now corrected.

KISSsys - General

SP1 Fixed gear rough sizing
Gear rough sizing called from KISSsys was not working. This is now fixed.

SP1 Report generation from main strength calculation fixed
The report generation from KISSsys was not working. This is now fixed.

SP1 Improved REXS export
Some part were missing in the REXS export. It is now improved, but is still not complete (first version is for simple models only).

SP1 Fixed shaft order in the shaft calculation tree vs KISSsys tree
The order of the shafts in the shaft calculation was different than the one in KISSsys when renaming or opening a previously saved file with edited shaft names. This is now fixed, the shaft calculation tree should always have the same shaft order as the KISSsys tree (otherwise some results might differ).

SP1 Report generation for the Load Spectrum template fixed
Same as for the main strength calculation in KISSsys, the report generated by the Load spectrum template was not working. This is now fixed. As there are multiple reports generated by KISSsys, an additional docx file is created for each of them so that they can then be opened by a simple double click.
