Gear calculation: Tables in fine and rough sizing: entry for hunting is shown correctly

Gear calculation: Graphics for case depth was not shown for big module of gear
Gear calculation: Calculation of load spectrum and plastic gears fixed
Gear calculation: Sizing of center distance for planetary gear set added
Gear calculation: x factor was displayed wrongly in some operations in tooth form calculation
Gear calculation: Flag 'Calculate contact temperature' was missing in Dialog 'Define temperatures'
Graphics: Update problem when zooming the path of contact solved
