Extended service life calculation
Data transfer from the shaft calculation. Concurrent calculation of up to 8 bearings. Bearing air: Normal / C3 / C4. Bearing arrangement: Single, O, or X arrangement.
The roller bearing calculation is executed with the a23 factor (DIN ISO 281), calculated according to the extended service life criterion. Based on lubricant viscosity, cleanliness, operating temperature, speed, bearing geometry, and bearing type, the a23 factor is determined for each bearing and included in the calculation (in accordance with the FAG method). Naturally the calculation can also be executed without an a23 factor.
